a standalone module to strengthen kidneys, relieve low back pain, and slow aging‑related decline.
You will learn two simple movements:
Forward bend stretch – lift arms, bend forward slowly toward your feet. Each bend improves spinal flexibility and massages Shenshu (BL23), where kidney energy is stored. This directly tonifies kidney Qi and relieves deep low back pain from sitting too long or aging.
Tapping back of knees (Weizhong) – 1 to 3 minutes. In TCM: “For back pain, look to Weizhong.” Tapping here opens your back and legs, improves venous return, relieves heavy legs, and releases dampness/toxins through the Bladder meridian.
No equipment needed. Just 3‑5 minutes a day.
