You will learn two simple movements:

  1. Heel drops – stand with feet together, raise heels, then drop them gently but firmly. Repeat 7 times. The micro‑vibration breaks up fascial adhesions, reduces leg swelling, and lowers cortisol – melting away whole‑body stress. The vibration also stimulates Yongquan (KI1), the starting point of the Kidney meridian, relieving tinnitus, dizziness, and insomnia.

  2. Tapping groin area (1–3 minutes) – this area connects three meridians (Stomach, Spleen, Liver) and is rich in lymph nodes. In TCM, it’s “the throat where Qi and blood rise up” – a key gateway for blood returning to the heart and a major detox channel. Tapping here clears pelvic stagnation, improves period pain, irregular cycles, and chronic prostatitis.
