This is Exercise of the Health Qigong series – a standalone module designed specifically to optimize digestion, reduce bloating, and boost energy absorption.
You will learn two simple yet powerful movements:
Opposite‑direction stretch – one hand lifted up, the other pressed down, pulling your body in opposite directions from top to bottom. This stretches the Spleen and Stomach meridians, which run along the sides of your body from your feet to your chest. The gentle pull in your waist and belly creates a soft “internal massage” for your stomach and intestines – squeezing and releasing like kneading dough. It wakes up your digestion, lets trapped gas move out, and helps your spleen turn food into energy and blood. Less fatigue, less bloating, stronger muscles.
Abdominal massage (Zhongwan to Tianshu, clockwise) – for 1 to 3 minutes. Zhongwan is the command center for your stomach, located four finger‑widths above your belly button. Tianshu is the switch for your large intestine, about three finger‑widths to the side. Using the heel of your palm, massage your belly in a clockwise circle: from Zhongwan down to left Tianshu, then to right Tianshu, then back to Zhongwan. This relieves bloating, constipation, and poor digestion. Doing this before bed also calms your mind and helps you sleep.
No equipment needed. Just 3‑5 minutes a day. This module includes three videos so you can follow along, understand the science and TCM principles, and master the acupoints.
