Chest tightness, a fluttering heart, or a sense of nervous imbalance can be unsettling. This course introduces supportive, self‑care practices from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help promote relaxation, improve energy flow, and ease mild chest or nerve‑related discomfort – alongside, not replacing, any medical care you may be receiving.
What you’ll learn:
Meridian tapping (patting) – Simple, rhythmic tapping along specific energy pathways (such as the Pericardium and Heart meridians) to help release stagnation, soothe chest tightness, and calm the nervous system.
Therapeutic health exercises (Qigong) – Gentle, coordinated movements, breath work, and focused awareness designed to regulate heart rhythm, reduce stress, and support overall nervous system balance.
Daily routine – A short, safe practice sequence you can do at home or during a break to restore a sense of ease and inner calm.
