a standalone module focusing entirely on clearing brain fog, lifting your energy, and turning on your body’s Yang energy.
You will learn two simple, gentle movements:
Tapping Baihui – the crown point where all Yang meridians meet. Like a soft rain falling on your head, this tapping “turns the switch back on” when you feel dizzy, foggy, or forgetful.
Head tilt & arm lift – opening the Du Mai (back channel) and Ren Mai (front channel), followed by one short deep breath at the top. This lifts “sinking Qi” – that heavy, dragging fatigue – and sends fresh blood and oxygen to your brain.
No equipment. No prior experience. Just 3‑5 minutes a day. This module gives you four videos so you can learn the movement, understand the science and TCM principles, and practice along with a complete Tai Chi/Qigong flow.
