This is Exercise of the Health Qigong series – a standalone module designed to wake up your whole body, clear neck tension, and enhance brain blood flow.
You will learn two simple movements:
Tapping your armpits (1–3 minutes) – targets Jiquan point, where the Heart, Pericardium, and Gallbladder meridians meet. This area is rich in lymph nodes. Tapping here opens your chest, moves stuck Qi, relieves fatigue, and boosts immunity. Perfect for desk workers.
Slowly turning your head while opening your arms – activates Dazhui (GV14), the master switch of Yang energy at the base of your neck. It turns on your body’s “heater,” chasing away chills and fatigue. Squeezing your shoulder blades opens Gaohuang (BL43), helping clear deep‑stuck phlegm and stagnant blood. The gentle neck twist improves blood flow through your vertebrae to your brain – sharper eyes, less dizziness, deeper sleep.
No equipment needed. Just 3‑5 minutes a day.
