Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days of purchase when conditions are met.
- Less than 20% of the course content has been viewed.
- No downloadable materials have been accessed.
- The request is not abusive or repeated.
- Duplicate purchases are eligible for review.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses, downloaded materials, promotional purchases, or purchases made more than 7 days ago.
